By accessing and using BudgetBites, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

BudgetBites is a meal subscription platform that allows you to purchase monthly meal passes from partner restaurants. Each subscription provides a set number of meals per billing cycle that can be redeemed at the respective restaurant.

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or weekly based on the plan you select
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled or paused
• Unused meals may rollover depending on your plan
• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time

Redemption rules:

• Meals can only be redeemed at the restaurant where you have an active subscription
• Present your QR code at the restaurant to redeem meals
• Meals are subject to availability at the restaurant
• Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Not sharing your QR code with others

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of your subscription are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

BudgetBites acts as a platform connecting you with restaurant partners. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or service provided by partner restaurants. Any disputes regarding meal quality or service should be directed to the restaurant.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
